Problem in Lumia 1320

I have a problem with the WiFi option in the settings menu, whenever I turned on it always keep searching and it does not find any WiFi network and the option to turn off the WiFi is not responding too and I have to restart/soft reset my phone to get all set.

What's the problem?

I haven't yet got such problem in my 1320. Try a hard reset, also while turning off your phone, switch off the Wi-Fi, turn on when you need it

Chulbul? At least you should've said go to Nokia care centre, I know in this thread many of them are Indians, but others(reading this thread) won't understand our local languages(hinglish or something like that)

Even if you go to Nokia centre, your data would be lost. I suggest for some hours keep Wi-Fi off, turn it on again, see if that works, If it doesn't, then hard reset is the only option

But I really don't want to hard reset my phone, coz recently I used nokia software recovery tool to downgrade my phone from 8.1.1 to 8.1 . Coz in 8.1 update 1 battery draining quickly.

Its upto you, I know in 8.1.1 dp, battery drains quickly. Most of the time resetting your phone sets the things right. Hence in Nokia service centre they always reset a phone. I can't find a better solution to your problem, sorry about that
