How do you recognize music on Cyan without Cortana?

In Black I would just launch Bing to recognize music, now that function is merged with Cortana, and she is not available here officially. Is there any other way to access music recognition? I'm well aware of Shazam, but I'd prefer using no 3rd party apps.

Simple.

Hit the search button (the magnifying glass next to the Windows logo) tap the music symbol when Bing search comes up.

Do you mind posting a screenshot of your Cortana page? That just doesn't sound right.

Also, you can just ask Cortana what song is playing and she will listen.

Found out that the search music function is only available where Xbox music is supported. That might explain why you don't have it.
