Huawei H883G Tracfone help

My Huawei H883G Tracfone won't start. It goes to the Huawei screen, then the blue Tracfone screen, then resests back to the Huawei screen and round and round again. I have removed the battery, the sim card, the SD card, pressed and held the power with volume buttons. It's not even a year old. Please help

my phone keeps resetting itself and it wont go off the blue tracfone screen
