Why hasn't my L920 Cyan gotten the new Cyan update?

L920 Cyan Not Getting Cyan (Rogers)

I have a Rogers branded L920 and I updated to the last DP today but I still haven't received cyan? Do I need to revert back to WP8? Please help!
