Apps and games hangs after sometime after updating to Lumia Cyan

After updating to Windows Phone 8.1, I am unable to run apps on my Lumia 820 smoothly. After playing any games suddenly the screen goes discolor and breaks. The phone doesn't work on that time. But after locking the screen and unlocking it recovers the situation after several tries. What should I do? I uninstalled the games and apps and re installed them. Even I reset my phone but the problem still occurs. :unhappysweat::unhappy:

Same thing is happening with me on my device Lumia 920. I even made soft reset (pressing power + volume down for 15 seconds). yet nothing
Hope if anyone can help
