How do I sync Food and Drinks apps on Windows Phone and Windows 8.1?

I'm an active user of the food and drinks app on my wp. I recent l recently got a laptop with windows 8.1 how do I sync my collections from my phone to my laptop?

If you have the same Microsoft Account across both devices it should sync... Do you stay signed into Microsoft on your laptop?

On your laptop > Charms bar > Change PC Settings > Accounts

I also have the same problem. My accounts are the same. I notice notification in wp app about some settings. Maybe something about country.
