General windows phone problem

First problem I'm facing is whenever I turn on internet sharing my phone automatically sync with the connected device contacts...so how to shut this sync
Second problem-whenever a new msg arrived so a female voice start repeating "You have new msg arrived from..."and she repeat this three times it really frustrating plz help me close this voice....i've tried in setting Bt could nt got the way so plz help me out folks
