does the surface pro 3 go to sleep when you close the cover

I can't find where i originally set it to turn off when i close the cover. I want it to go to sleep instead. Can you tell me how to reset it. Thanks

I've noticed that if there is Hyper-v active the SP3 hibernates when the cover is closed. There are many ways to disable Hyper-V (that is used for example by windows phone emulator on visual studio), you can easily find them by googling. If you need help just ask.

Also check the power settings to see what the default behavior is when you close the lid
