Annoying voice bug since Windows phone 8.1....

So is anyone having this problem?
When I slide the bar while watching a video on YouTube,a tock voice comes out.
One thing to mention is that this voice doesn't cone when I watch videos in the internet explorer version of Youtube but this only happens in apps like mytube,all tube pro,metrotube etc.
So anyone else facing this?
Any fixes or something?

P.s I don't have a hardware fault. It never happened to me on Lumia amber or black. This started from Lumia cya.

Its actually a Windows Phone 8.1 issue, its still happening to me, it happens when seeking and the sound will sound off even if you have your phone on Silent , its probably because of all the new video and audio support and probably a new audio driver all together lets hope they get around to it soon.

I have experience that since WP 8.1 DP. I thought they will fix it in cyan... but apparently not yet.

Even I was expecting a fix for this in Lumia Cyan, but it still bothers me.
