Why am i not able to download the cyan update?

Everytime i check for update, it shows- We are currently unable to check for updates.(80072ee7). My phone is connected to wi-fi and has the correct date and time settings.

Try a soft reset, press and hold for 10 seconds the Volume down and power button, then the phone will reboot.

Another option is to download Cyan with the Nokia Recovery tool software, you will need a PC for this.
