Is there a proxy Or VPN to enable WPCentral app?

hello brothers
i've problem with wpcentral in my country it's blocked
I've to change the proxy for my pc to view the site

But in my phone , I can't do that .. because the proxy when i change
it .. simply it doesn't work i have no internet on the phone

is there a way to find a working proxy to the wifi on the mobile
or create a vpn on my pc and share it ti my phone ?

Have you tried setting up the proxy through your modem/router? If you can do that you would not need to do it for every device that connects through that access point.

I've Router "HG532N" and i couldn't find a way to do that to the router
is there a way to do that to it ?

Did you try any free vpn service or browser extension like Hola, TOR and Zenmate..?
