Connecting to Wi-Fi issue on lumia 1020
I have lumia 1020 recently updated to Cyan. Everything was working just fine until suddenly it couldn't connect to wi-fi. Everytime I tap the network name it gets me to Microsoft. Homepage with no clue of what to do there, nothing like log in or sth related to wi-fi, just the homepage. There are two icons down "skip" and "cancel", when I tap on "skip" it connects to wi-fi but shows below the network name "no internet access". And then, I stopped receiving message notifications on whatsapp, so I can't see new messages until I open whatsapp. I get a message that there is an issue with my phone that prevents me from receiving message notification, and asks me to reboot my phone. Well, frankly, I don't know how to reboot my phone. Hoping I can find help here.
