How to permanently remove a pre-enabled a keyboard language I don't need, that the carrier defined?

I bought the Lumia 930 in Italy @ Wind.
Arabic language is added every time I restart my phone and I have to remove it manually, every time.
How can I remove it permanently?

You need to change the ROM of the phone to a version of a country (Italy's CV for example) (I suggest you as "Nokia" to do that for you so you can preserve your warranty).
Depending on the kind of version the phone is running, some languages come always pre-installed and when you soft reset the phone they are put back in (even if often not fully functional). You probably got a phone with the CV or a carrier branding of some Arabian country.
