Can you help with my unresponsive HTC 8X?

hi im having trouble with my htc windows 8s, totally unresponsive, back/home/search buttons are lit up , have been for 2 days now yet my screen is blank, I cant switch it on or off to preform a reset/reboot....HELP ME PLEASE

Is the screen responding at all or is the display locked up? You could try a soft reset by pressing the power and volume down buttons down simulatenously for 10-15 seconds or until you feel a vibration and that might help you out. This should perform a system reset but keep your data.

If this doesn't work it might be time to go to the shop where you got your phone from or a local phone repair shop.
