Why isn't the audio on my Nokia Lumia 520 working?

Audio in nokia lumia 520 not working

I bought my nokia lumia 520 couple of months back. All of a sudden, from 10 days, the ring tone for incoming calls, alarm, message notification or any kind of notification that needs audio is not working. I have tried reboot, installing latest windows 8.1 and other settings like increase the volume to max. Nothing is working. Hope someone can help.

Is there audio when you are playing Music or Videos?

If it works on music, then it'll a software problem, and u need to go to Nokia care.
If any ssound is not coming even on music, then the problem is the disconnection of speaker from circuit. U need to go Nokia care or any other service...
