Why is my touch screen not working after resetting my phone?

My phone crashed and I installed the recovery software from the Nokia recovery software, now when I use my device the touch is not working. Tried both the hard and soft resets and nothing happens

A little more info would help:
- what phone
- what software (WinPhone 8.0, 8.1, Dev Preview ?)
- what firmware (Lumia Black, Cyan ?)

Soft (Hard) resets attempted before (or after) attempted recovery ?

Any other pertinent info (e.g. running HK CV in Switzerland, etc.) provide CV of phone (look @ SETTINGS >> ABOUT)

Answer ALL those questions & we'll take a shot ...

Very good question, though, it can be done (rather easily).
