Microsoft apps on phone wont update

Hello,

I have been having difficulties the past week updating Microsoft/Bing apps.

I have a notification that an app (ex: Bing News) has an update available. The store downloads the update, and during Installation, an error code "8103020e" appears.

Any suggestions??

FIRST, check Storage Sense & DELETE temporary files (it'll clear other, also.)

Uninstall, reboot, then re-install the app(s).

Are you on WinPhone 8.1 w Lumia Cyan (or Lumia Black) ?

Are your apps installed onto the SD card ? If yes then move them to your phone memory using storage sense and then try updating it. I faced the same problem with the Weather app. I never knew what was the error so I uninstalled it and when I went to re-install it, it said that the app needs to be installed to the phone memory.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestions. I ultimately just deleted the apps and reinstalled them .

Apps were on the SD card and were reinstalled on the SD card.
