In need of Surface Rt Help: PC GEEKS WELCOME

Alright so here's my dilemma. I tried to change the install location of metro apps off of my c drive and onto my d drive. Turns out this is not possible so I changed it back. I accidentally changed the location to ProgramFiles instead of Program Files. now I am left with the inability to open metro apps, at all. I need help, because I really don't want to have to install windows again. Thanks for any help you could give

So my noobiness of pc's and not using previous knowledge of how much regedit can mess things up led to a full reset of windows and cleansing of my surface. I didn't have much to loose, and if anything would help me out a bit. Now the problem is, if things will actually get better. I assume they will, but we'll see. I'll keep you posted.
