Why is my windows phone stuck in flight mode?

2 weeks ago I updated my nokia lumia to windows 8.1. It was working all right but three days ago my phone was stuck in flight mode and im unable to get rid of it. Also my mobile's IMEI is blank. I have tried soft and hard reset. But all in vain. I have also tried the nokia recovery tool software but of no use. What should I do?

Have you tried contacting your mobile carrier in regards to your IMEI issue?
