Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 520 Satnav (Here) no longer giving audio directions via my car audio system?

My Nokia Lumia 520 satnav (Here) no longer gives audio directions via my car audio system.

Prior to upgrading to Windows 8.1 the satnav audio was working on my car audio system via bluetooth, does anyone have any ideas?
