CanI get some help downloding the Cyan update for my Lumia 520?

Difficulty in downloding Cyan update for Lumia 520.

I stopped using my lumia 520 for 3 months and now when I have continued to operate it, I am facing a difficulty in upgrading in to Windows cyan(I have win Black) In phone update it just dosnt show Win Cyan update. Every time I try, it says last checked 4 months ago.From India
