I have attempted to pin Cortana to my start screen but the tile is not appearing.
I am running Windows Phone 8.10.14176.243 (Developer Preview) on a Nokia Lumia 1020.
I am based in Ireland but have my region setting set to US so I can use Cortana.
I changed back to Ireland to make local calls, and then changed back to US, tried to pin Cortana back to the Start Screen, it attempted to work but the tile is not visible. My phone thinks it is there as the Pin To Start option is now greyed out. Cortana works fine from the menu and I can pin news/interets to the screen but cannot see the Cortana Live Tile.
This happened after I upgraded to the above OS version, and it worked fine before I upgraded.
Did this happen to anyone else?
