Why won't my Nokia Lumina Windows 8 phone connect to my Bluetooth in my Camry?

WPCentral Question

My Nokia Lumina windows 8 phone will not connect to my Bluetooth in my Camry.

The car won't recognize the available bluetooth of the car, nor will the phone recognize the car. It did work about a week ago and just stopped yesterday.
