Have a 1020 with 8.1. Didn't notice this problem until after 8.1 update. Most videos I watch, either on YouTube or elsewhere have significant quality issues, with the video getting choppy and blocky every few seconds. The audio from videos will also continue playing for up to 10-20 seconds after I back out of the video.
