Urgent is Nokia 1020 64 GB from O2? If yes, they dont have Lumia Cyan yet right?

I wanna grab a 64GB Nokia 1020 from Ebay, but I heard that all 64GB is from O2, and there is no upgrade from O2 for Lumia Cyan.

AM I right? Even if I dont use O2, I wont able to get the Lumia Cyan right?

Nope - you're completely and utterly wrong. Whoever told you that is talking rubbish!
I have the yellow Lumia 1020 o2 edition (64GB) and have been upgraded to Lumia Cyan. The only issues I've really heard are those who have Developer Preview installed rather than the main release version (which is the default normally installed).
FYI - my current OS version is 8.10.12393.890)

Ah, you never specified Germany. On o2 UK it's already released but I recall reading that in Germany they are going to roll out a joint cyan-denim update which will come at a later date.
