Does the New window 8 phone from Verizon the Samsung Ativ have Cortana on it?

Right now the only official way to get cortana on Verizon is the HTC One M8 for Windows as they are holding the update for some unknown reason.
You can get it unofficially by installing the Developer Preview for free, but it may or may not cause issues on your phone.
Right now only AT&T have updated their phones with 8.1 (which includes Cortana).
