How do I restore my back up of Windows Phone 8.1 after factory reset ?

am using windows 8.1 and i made a factory reset ,, but before that i made back up on the cloud i want to restore my date when i open my phone for 1st time he told me back up my settings as previous but theres no wi-fi so i say later or not now and i want to make restore for my data now .. any help

Unfortunately, there is no "back up later", you have to do it on the first time
Your only option is to do another hard reset

OMG !! and if i made that hard reset the date will backed up the last one or the other one :\

If you have more than one back up, you may be able to choose which one you'd like to retrieve
I'm not sure though, I only had one back up when I did this...
