1020 didn't get Black or Cyan update: how to I get updates?

My 1020 did not receive either the Black or Cyan updates. Is there a sight I can download them from? Thank you.

What country do you live in, and what carrier do you have?

Is your device branded to your carrier, or is it an unlocked device from a different carrier than the one you have?

Same here. I dont see Cyan when touching the Get updates button. Device is Singapore variant, but using it in Hungary with a Hungarian carrier.

Availability in Asia Pacific URL (cant link yet cos I dont have enough answers here...how lame is that) sais "Lumia 1020 Country variant 3051.50009.1424.0016 Available Available Available"

Any ideas?

Nokia software recovery tool did the trick
