After cyan update, every app that is of 20+MB now requires WiFi to get downloaded..

Hey guyz till the time I was operating wp8.1 PD, my phone was able to download the apps through mobile data, but now after upgrading my phone to Lumia cyan every apps & games that is of 20+MB requires WiFi compulsorily.
Friends please help me out..Do any one knows how to switch back to mobile data.
