After I followed the instructions on how to enable Cortana, why can't I find the app?

I changed my settings but still no cortana

i live in india.i followed the steps to enable cortana in india i.e i changed my settings but still i can t find cortana

Are you on WP8.1 DP with update 1? That's the only way to get Cortana in India.

Can you please let us know whether your on WP8.1 Developer Update 1. Also please tell us what settings you have for language, speech and region ?

i don t have developer update
i went to windowsphone.com and there i found that changing
language-english india
region-india
speech-english uk

That won't work either as the UK version of Cortana is on WP8.1 DP Update 1 only.

Change location & region to US,speech and language English united states,then u will get....

U wont find Cortana on store as soon as you change the region and language and reconnect to Wi-Fi you will get Cortana
