Internet Sharing (IS) issue -sometimes

Hey guys! I usually try to figure out any issues by myself, but I don't know how to deal with this one.

Sometimes (3/5) I face this stupid loading problem. When I switch to turn on IS everything goes grey and it never turns on and never stops even after hours until I restart phone. I've had this problem with Win8 and every update on DP. I know I'm not the only one having this issue, I've seen some threads long time ago. So, anyone has any idea how to "turn it off" and turn on "again" WITHOUT restarting phone. After restart it work right away.

Right now I can't even open it.. I see black screen with Loading...

(if it matters) I have 928 with latest DP update on Tmobile
