How do I save pictures/videos on my microSD on my Nokia Lumia 620 and see them?

when i'm saving my pictures and videos on my sd card , i'm not able to see them. i have to use my phone memory to save them. i even cant create a folder of my own to save the pictures.

Sounds like the card is failing to me, I'm presuming your using a pc to create a folder on your micro sd card and have used storage sense to change the save locations to your micro sd card?
