Why am I getting an error code when I try to install the Nokia software recovery tool?

it gives me this error code 0x80091007 can i get any help

Your best bet would be to go Microsoft support site for help ! beforehand try downloading the NSRT on another computer if you have one. This will be the first thing they will tell you.

I had dis problem when trying to recover my phone after windows 10.I looked at all the youtube videos.Nothing worked,eventually I just had to use another machine.
