When you say darker and more noise is this indoors and poor light along with night recordings ! the 920 was the champion in low light and the 930 doesn't take as good low light pictures or recordings. (925 was the same) now. I'm hopeful the denim update will address this .

That's suppose to be like that. The 920 has a f2.0 and will let more light in. The 920s camera is tailored for low light. The 930/1520/icon are all around-ers. Their low light performance can never be as good as cameras with an aperture like that. The lower the number, the better (should be) it is at low light photography.

But No difference between 20Mp and 8.7Mp? Even Zoom make it blurry.

Not even the 20mp makes any differences in darken shots or recordings. Its all to do with the f2.0 feature on 920 camera ability to capture more in poor light. Many Nokia 808 users say it trumps the 1020 in all departments..

So for the 1520/icon/930 to take in more light, as close as they can in comparison to 920/925, they would need to have a longer shutter time.

Technically, the 20mp sensors will be more detailed, considering how much light those sensors took in. So if you want good low light shots, you need to use as low of an ISO you can without the picture being too dark and having a longer shutter time. I usually use 100-400 and 1/4th-1 second shutter.
