video recorded with wireless headphones synced, file wont play

Hi, recorded a video yesterday on my lumia windows phone, it is an mp4 file which will not play,even on a pc, I had my bluetooth headphones synced at the same time, tried a youtube upload which came up blank, it also played for 7 seconds of black screen on windows movie maker. any suggestions on fixing it? making it viewable? thanks
