how do i shut off the narriorater on my nokia lumia 520?

my girlfriend broke the power button and the volume up botton so i cant hold the volume up then press the window button.and i cant do a hard reset either and since its the 520 version its got the beta cortona but every time i try it that way it pops up sign in to ur microsoft account and i cant turn it off becuase it wont except her info even tho thats whats in the phone.can any one help us out.

Can you explain a bit more? I'm a bit confused what you're trying to do. I don't want to give you advice that may be incorrect.

Here's how to hard reset though.

To hard reset without using buttons simply go - Settings -> About -> reset phone.

Keep in mind this will erase everything on the phone so be sure to back up prior to doing this.

Can't you just go to ease of access and cut it off?
