How can I recover my photos after a bleu screen of death ?

Hello



Today my phone started to display a blue screen of death. I tryed the soft reset with the "volume down button" and the "unlock button" but the bsod is steel here

Now I think about trying a hard reset, but the problem is that I did'nt save all the photos present on my phone. I activated the autosave of photos, but I looked on OneDrive and allmost half the photos are missing.

I connected my phone to my computer to save the pictures, but it can'nt find my phone so I can'nt see and save my photos...

Anyone knows here how I can recover my photos ?

Hi max. Go to www.microsoft/find my phone
You should get options and hopefully be able to back up your pics

Sorry max..i didn't put the link up.just suggested it. I will put the link up for you when I can. But if you go to the Microsoft website then there will be an option to select your phone (make sure the usb is connected to the phone and laptop) then there will be a feature called find my phone. From here you can try to solve the situation
