Why can't I unlock my phone while calling someone?

Can't unlock the phone while calling someone

Hi, I have a Nokia 1520 running WP8.1, since the update I can't unlock the phone while doing a phone call, if I call someone the screen goes to black and if I double press power button, it shows the lock screen and as soon I try to swipe to unlock it goes to black again.

I haven't found any setting to change this.

Please help!

sounds like a proximity sensor issue with the new update, although I haven't seen or heard this - Have you installed a screen protector or a new case perhaps? If no, I would pursue the proximity sensor as it controls the function you are referring to.
