[L625] Suddenly got hot and now the phone's display not working?

after locking the screen....phone got heated near camera...and so i kept it apart for 10 min...its battery couldn't be removed.....hence the case got worst ...after 10 mins.......the display didn't started to work....even after restarting...only vibration was possible...confirming that ..phone is started or switched off....but diplsy gone ..plz help
