Why am I getting the error Attention Required while updating apps and error code 80072ee7 while updating OS?

Error Attention Required while updating apps and 80072ee7 while updating os

Whenever I try to download an app or update an existing app attention required comes and I have to retry again and again. And I cannot update my lumia 630 (error 80072ee7). I bought it online and I can return it till 20 Oct. so please tell me if my phone is defective so that I can replace the product. And also i have tried soft and hard reset.

You can either re-install the OS through the Nokia Recovery tool or return the phone. I would probably return the phone.
