Weather on glance screen?

I had weather on the glance screen when it first updated but removed it in favor of glance background but now I can't get weather back, what can I do?

Settings -> glance screen: Background App = ON
Settings -> lock screen: Background = Weather
That should do it.

When I put weather on my glance screen, it took like an hour to even show up, but it may have been a small bug cause it was as soon as it updated.

Mine was working on my 1020, now it's not.

I barely activated this yesterday. Its working Fine so far.
