Will my cracked screen work with Cyan?

Replacing screen lumia 625, question!

hello everyone, i hope i don't bother you, i've been reading some users with lumia replaced screens afer amber update the screen did not work.
my lumia 625 is actually with lumia cyan and now it has a cracked screen that i'm about to send to repair.
do you think the screen won't work with cyan? i'm worried cause the money, it's not much but it's wasted if that doesn't work,

the firmware should not make a difference, it should be a strictly hardware matter.

whatever happens, it probably is the repair-er's fault, but as long as the right part is used, and the operation is done properly, there should be no issues.
