How do I get my Capacitive buttons (back, home and search keys) working on my Lumia 720?

Capacitive buttons (back, home and search keys) not working on lumia 720

Capacitive buttons (back, home and search keys) not working on lumia 720. The other parts of the touch screen is working perfectly. It's just those three buttons at the bottom, they also light up so. It is not under warranty. and i tried hard reset as well.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried soft reset? See if that helps. If it doesn't then you would have to go to Nokia care centre
