Why is my camera not working? - Vodafone smart mini

i recently got a Vodafone smart mini as a replacement phone. i had it for about a week and the camera started acting up. Any time i try using the camera (on the normal camera app or on snapchat) everything in the picture is all green and pixelated. tried looking online for any help but couldnt find any, hoping i could get help her. Thanks
