How do I keep my App settings synced?

App settings sync issue please help

Hi, I just upgrade from 925 to 1020, on my 925, I have enabled backup App settings.

But when I am now on 1020, all the settings for apps are not there, even though I make sure the settings (Sync) is on.

Eg. Car racing game settings are gone, Table Tennis 3D settings, NextGen readers settings are all gone.

I dont want to play the game all from the beginning again... Any idea?

The games get backed up BUT game saves may not. That all depends if the developer adds OneDrive support for the game
