Why can't I synchronize Lumia 930 contacts with my Audi A6 MMI?

I can take calls and talk handsfree via BT but no other connection with the car's media center. no synchronization, no history (missed calls etc. on the car's display)
It worked fine on a Blackberry and also with my wife's Iphone.

Make sure your Lumia 930 is on the latest OS update. You may want to disconnect and re-establish the BT connection. It shows that the A6 MMI is compatible with Windows Phone for internal phonebook, signal strength & call list.

I've got the same problem with my Lumia 735 and the given advice does not work. I didn't have any problems with my previous Lumia 800.

Similar issues here.
A6 does not accept 930 contacts - also not after disconnecting and re-establishing Bluetooth connection.
More than that, outgoing signal is scrambled - although incoming signal is good (I can hear the caller, but he/she cannot follw me).
Same issue with a Lumia 640.
Both phones work fine in an A5 MY2010, so the issue clearly lies with the car's OS.

I have the same issue with a Kenwood DDX4016BT and my Lumia 640 both 8.1 and 10. I purchased an Android device to make it work but I prefer to go back to Windows. Any idea is welcome.
