Why am I getting the error message Disclamer: Soft and hard resets don't work. Do not post this info?

Lumia 720 keeps showing Nokia logo over and over again.

DISCLAMER: SOFT AND HARD RESETS DONT WORK. DO NOT POST THIS INFO.

So I was opening Messanger and this happened. My phone just turned off and the normal casual Nokia logo appeared like it was restarting. I wasnt worried then, so I left it like this and went to sleep. The morning after it was overheat and battery was empty. I tried charging it and then the Nokia logo appeared, and when it should have shown the WP logo it turned off. And then the Nokia logo appeared again. And it turned off again. It's been like this for 15 hours straight. Both types of resets dont work. Tried the Nokia Software Recovery Tool, but I cant enter the PIN code because the only thing on is the ******** Nokia logo. Please help me.

Hi There

what I would suggest is that you soft reset it one more time. If this issue still persists I suggest find your local Nokia care centre it might need a software up grade or it needs a factory reset. We all in the future just need to soft reset our device at least once or twice a month because lets remember its operating on a windows platform (pc like) so you need to clear the RAM of the device for ultimate usage.

soft rest process;
press and hold your volume up button and your on and off button down together at the same time.
do this action for 13 seconds when you feel the vibration let go and then your device should reboot on its own.

Use the "find my phone" from your laptop and attempt a hard reset from there. You need to go to Microsoft website. Best of luck x
