What can I do to fix 600,899 minutes of waiting time to use device?

WPCentral Question

I tried to soft reset my nokia lumia 925 once but the result is 600,899 minutes of waiting time, what can i do to fix it without doing hard reset? Or without loosing datas from the phone? Pls. Help me. st
