How do I fix Error Code-8103012e when trying to update Truecaller app?

Are you using WiFi or mobile network data? If it doesn't work on mobile network data, have you tried switching to WiFi (or vice-versa)?

What OS version and firmware do you have on your Windows Phone?

I am using wifi connection, then also same error is occuring , what should I do???/

Same case occurring with me while updating Truecaller.. Updated about 10 to 12 times and same thing is happening again and again... Please any body help..

First uninstall truecaller and then reinstall.. your problem will be solved.

First go to storage sense in settings. There u will find 'store new apps on my'. Select phone for this setting. In store sense at the top u will find
'see what's taking up space on your phone
Phone
SD card'
Select Phone. Then select apps+games. Check whether true caller is there in this list of apps. If it is not there then go back to storage sense and select SD card. Then select apps+games. Then u will see true caller in the list of apps. Select true caller. Then select 'move to phone'. After the app has been moved to phone and the setting 'store new apps on my' is on phone, u can update true caller and the error code 8103012e won't be shown :smile:
