Can anyone help me fix my Lumia 1520?

I need urgent help with my lumia 1520 (it's not working)

I exited 6snap and blocked my phone, the next time I wanted to turn it on it didn't work. It has kind of like a gray-black screen that actually glows a little in the dark, like if it is turned on, but it doesn't show anything else. I already tried a soft and a hard reset but neither seems to work. Everything was working just fine before that.

Might have to wait till the phone dies, unless you button factory reset.

You have tried holding the volume down and power button in for about 15 seconds or until you see the Nokia logo?

I think you should go the easy way and just use Nokia Software Recovery Tool to restore your phone.
